This site (the “Site”) is operated by CEB Advising LLC (“we,” or “us,” ). Your use of the Site is governed by these Terms of Use (the “TOS”). We provide the Site to you, conditioned upon your acceptance of this TOS. Please read this TOS carefully before contacting us or otherwise using the Site.

We may make changes to this TOS at any time and at our sole discretion. Any changes to the TOS will be effective the date the updated TOS is posted. Your use of the Site following changes to this TOS will constitute your acceptance of those changes.

We are based in the United States. The Site is controlled and operated from the United States and is not intended to subject us to the jurisdiction or laws of any country or sovereign entity other than the United States.  The Site may not be appropriate or available for use in some jurisdictions outside of the United States, depending on your local laws and regulations.

Description of the Services

We may provide users of the Site with access to general information about us and our services, including without limitation, information such as newsletters, legal updates, articles, and attorney profiles.

Information You Submit

You may voluntarily submit information using the Contact Ss form posted on the Site (“User Submissions”). You represent and warrant that you have all the rights, power, and authority necessary to submit your User Submissions. Your User Submissions will not include the personal information of any child under eighteen years old, regardless of consent. If you choose to submit any of your personal information to us through the Site, you do so at your own risk. Do not send confidential information through the Site. We are not a general inbox for our clients; submission of information to our firm via our website related to a client matter does not constitute notice to any client and will not necessarily be provided to the client or responded to by the firm.

Rules of Conduct

While using the Site you must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. In addition, you agree not to: (1) transmit any advertising or promotional material or any other similar solicitation; (2) impersonate or attempt to impersonate us, our employees, another user, or any other person or entity; (3) attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site; or use any means to retrieve, index, “scrape,” “data mine,” or in any way gather or copy  Site content.

Intellectual Property Rights

We own or have the rights to use all information and materials, including without limitation all logos, text, designs, graphics, and code (collectively, the “Content”), made available through the Site. The Content, including the rights of its respective owners, may be protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property and proprietary rights and laws. You may not use our name and service marks in connection with any product or service that is not ours, or in any manner that is likely to cause confusion.
